What happens if an item cannot be fulfilled?
In the rare case that an item cannot be fulfilled to your order - that item will be removed & refunded in full during the packing/fulfillment process.
You will receive an update by email once the rest of your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to appear to the original source of payment.

How long does candy last after opening?
Most of our international candies stay fresh for 2-4 months after opening when stored properly in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. Hard candies typically last longer (6-12 months) while chocolate and gummy candies are best enjoyed within 2-3 months. For optimal taste, we recommend consuming your rare candy finds sooner rather than later!

Gotta Be Candy does not ship past-date products by policy, unless the item is listed with expiry-date information in the title, and at a discounted sale price. (example: Chocolate Bar BB 4/13/2025)

Yes! All Gotta Be Candy orders are shipped with tracking included. Once your order is processed you will receive the tracking information via email. Note it can sometimes take up to 24hrs for the tracking information to process.
