Processing

Orders are processed in Vancouver, BC within 5 business days from the time of order, excluding holidays.

Any items that Gotta Be Candy cannot fulfill will be automatically refunded back to your original form of payment during processing.

Gotta Be Candy does not take responsibility for product damage caused by weather while in shipment.

We do our very best to package your order for these elements, and avoid shipping in extreme-heat or deep-freeze weather events when possible.
