Free Shipping

Canadian orders receive automatic Standard Free Shipping at checkout when the subtotal is $50 or more (with exception of YT, NT & NU).

This promotion is applied automatically at the checkout.

A Flat Rate Shipping Fee applies to orders less than $50, and orders to YT, NT & NU.

Processing

Orders are processed in Vancouver, BC within 2 business days from the time of order, excluding weekends & holidays.

Any items that Gotta Be Candy cannot fulfill will be automatically refunded back to your original form of payment during processing.

Temperature

Gotta Be Candy does not take responsibility for product damage caused by weather while in shipment.

We do our very best to package each order for these elements, and try to avoid shipping in extreme-heat or deep-freeze weather events when possible.

If you'd like us to hold or delay a shipment due to extreme weather, you can do so by sending us an email to customersupport@gottabecandy.com

Damaged or Lost Items

If an item is received damaged, opened, or defective, customers must provide photographic proof of the issue in order for us to investigate and offer a resolution. If the item has been consumed or discarded, we will no longer be able to assist with the claim.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but Gotta Be Candy cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
