Automatic Free Shipping
Offered on all orders with a subtotal of $75+ ($250 for Northern Territories)
Orders less than $75 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $16.95.
Is tracking included?
Yup! Tracking is Included with all orders. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has processed. Please note that it can take up to 24hrs for active tracking to appear.
Processing
All orders are processed in Vancouver, BC on the next business day from the time of order, excluding weekends & holidays.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Any items we're unable to pack are automatically refunded to your original payment method during order processing.
International Orders
International orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and tariffs upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
Temperature
Gotta Be Candy cannot take responsibility for product damage caused by weather while in shipment.
We do our very best to package each order for these elements, and try to avoid shipping in extreme-heat or deep-freeze weather events when possible.

Damaged or Lost Items
If an item arrives damaged, opened, or defective, please provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll need this documentation to open a claim. Once an item has been consumed or discarded, we're unable to process a claim.
For lost packages, contact your shipping courier's customer support directly for immediate assistance and re-delivery options. They can track your parcel directly and arrange a resolution.
Please note: Gotta Be Candy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, the shipment is considered complete on their end.
