Snack Club Membership
Our Snack Club membership is a flexible subscription service that delivers curated international candy selections on a recurring basis. You have full control over your membership and can make changes at any time.
Managing Your Subscription
You can pause, skip, or cancel your Snack Club membership anytime through:
- Your customer account portal at gottabecandy.com
- The manage subscription link in your original order confirmation email
Cancellation Notice
To cancel an upcoming order, we require at least 24 hours notice before your next scheduled shipment date. Cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in that order being processed and shipped.
Pausing Your Membership
You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Your membership will automatically resume on your selected date, or you can reactivate it earlier through your account.
Skipping a Delivery
You can skip any upcoming delivery without cancelling your membership. Simply log in to your account and select which shipment(s) you'd like to skip.
Refunds
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you cancel before processing, you will not be charged for future shipments. Already-paid subscriptions are subject to our standard refund policy.
Reactivating Your Membership
Cancelled memberships can be reactivated at any time by signing up again or contacting our customer service team.
